| Lisa O'Connell is co-owner of Chez Henri with her husband Paul. A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, Lisa spent 10 years in the field of corporate graphics, designing packaging for consumer giants Gillette, Pillsbury, and Colgate-Palmolive. She has also done freelance work for such well-known current and former Boston area restaurants as Olives, East Coast Grill, Biba and Jasper's. She also designed the graphics and interiors of Chez Henri and (the former) Providence restaurant.
Lisa is also a fine artist and her decorative still life paintings are on permanent exhibition at Chez Henri. She has also exhibited at Flora restaurant in Arlington, MA.
For the past 8 years Lisa has been training in martial arts and holds the position of 2nd degree black belt assistant instructor. She tries to keep a step ahead of her energetic children, Giuliana (age 10) and Henry (age 14). |
