Local and national accolades for Chez HenriChez Henri's famous Cuban Sandwich was recently featured in Food & Wine Magazine... and our Mojito this month won a Best of Boston Award from Boston Magazine; they called it a "Taste Sensation."Chez caters Barney's grand opening partyThis past March, Chez Henri was hired by Barney's New York to cater the grand opening of their newest location in downtown Boston at Copley Place. Chef Paul O'Connell's savory French-Cuban menu beat out eight other well known caterers for the right to serve over 500 of Barney's best customers and celebrity guests at the highly anticipated opening night gala. Between socializing and store tours, guests munched on passed hors d'oeuvres such as Crispy Roasted Duck Bites, Mini Cuban Sandwiches and Torchon of Foie Gras with Vanilla-Mango Salsa. The guests later sampled from a delicious buffet that included such Chez Henri classics as Paella Cubano and Carved Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Cream, all of which was followed by a scrumptious sampling of desserts including Passion Fruit Tartlettes and Coconut Macaroons.
