Roxy’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese Truck, Chez Henri to Serve a Three-Course Face Off in november

The team from Roxy’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese has been serving their signature cheese-on-toasty bread sandwiches from their bright yellow truck since early last spring. On Thursday, November 3rd, however, you can try the gang’s fare in a brick-and-mortar locale: Chez Henri. In honor of National Sandwich Day, Chez Henri will host Roxy’s for a $39, three-course menu face-off that pits fare like Roxy’s fried pickles against Chez Henri’s conch fritters, and diners will vote for the champion. New small plates menu "Bocadillos"

Translated from Spanish, it means "small bites," and it is a terrific way to sample lots of Latin flavors for very little money. Our new Bocadillo Menu–created by chef-owner Paul O'Connell and Chef de Cuisine Bob Cina–will be available in the bar and in the dining room, and it offers small plates of tasty food for under $10.

Ann Moynihan began her career at Chez Henri in 2003 after graduating from Johnson & Wales. She then moved on to hone her skills at Mariposa Bakery in Central Square and at Tryst in Arlington Center. This spring, Ann returned to Chez Henri as Pastry Chef, and her summer dessert menu is to die for! Try the Strawberry-Marshmallow Napoleon with Phyllo Crisps.

Ari Barbanel replaces Dylan Black at the bar, and has several cool summer cocktail recipes up her sleeve. As you may have read elsewhere, Dylan is now the proprietor of Green Street Grill in Cambridge.
